Scheduling
We offer birthday parties on just about any weekend, Saturday or Sunday, between 1:00 and 5:00. We can work with you to find a time/date that works best for your family.
Pricing
$150.00 for up to 10 children
$10 for each additional child (up to 12 children max)
$25.00 for each additional 30 minutes of party time
Payment
After scheduling the date/time with us by email or phone, we require a 25% deposit to be mailed to us at Bright Horse Farm and Art Studio, 1971 River Road, Pittsboro, NC 27312. The balance is due in full on the day of the birthday party.
Details
- Parents of the birthday child may arrive 30 minutes early to set up and greet guests.
- Guests should plan to arrive 15 minutes early so that everyone can start drawing on time. We have a wonderful outdoor play area that they can enjoy while waiting for the art activity to begin.
- Parents bring cake, party favors, plates, napkins, tablecloths, cups, etc. We do not have a refrigerator so anything meant to be kept cold should be brought in a cooler.
- Children younger than age 4 1/2 may not participate in the art or horse activities and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- The art activity will be directed by Kim Greene. The art lesson can be based on anything your child likes. Kim leads the children through a basic step-by-step drawing, showing them how to use different media to finish their drawings. If your child would like to learn to draw something like a specific animal, landmark, cartoon or storybook character just let us know. With hundreds of art lessons just about any interest can be accommodated.
- The horse activity will be directed by Cindy McWilliams. She'll make sure everyone enjoys a great horse experience and gets an opportunity to ride. A liability waiver must be signed for each child participating in the horse activity. Click here to download the waiver.
- We clean up after the party so you don't have to! :)
