Amy Sky, Facilitator

She is consistently described as the absolute best there is in group facilitation, strategic planning, organizational and personal development, human empowerment and personal transformation. Amy has created more than 20 leadership and personal development programs, assisting thousands of people to maximize their full potential and achieve lasting, peak performance in their careers. As a nationally recognized author, she recently published “Whispers from Heroes, Hello, Do I Know You?”. Her latest original contributions to the literature on personal transformation are now being compiled in works entitled “The Book of Confidence” and “We Are Obviously Missing Something”. Sharon Hill, Facilitator

Evening at the Executive Women’s Camp means it’s time for enlightened learning. Sharon Hill exudes a contagious enthusiasm that resounds in all of her seminars and workshops. She is the president of Sharon Hill International, a company that speaks to corporations, organizations, universities and groups focusing on business etiquette, diversity training and communication in the workplace. Sharon is a Certified Etiquette Trainer from the American Business Etiquette Trainers Association, Certified Laughter Leader from the World Laughter Tour, Inc, and a long time poker instructor. She is the author of Wild Woman’s Guide to Etiquette: Saving the World One Handshake at a Time and Wild Woman’s Guide to the Texas Hold ‘Em: The Basics. Britta Starke, MSW, LCSW-P, EAGALA LEVEL 1 Certified
Facilitator

Britta has had eleven years of clinical social work experience and is EAGALA Level One certified.  For the past two years she has concentrated on developing experiential learning activities with horses for teenagers in the RTP area.  Recently, a pilot program she developed for foster children was nominated for a state level innovative program award.  In her role as clinical social worker, she has extensive experience with childhood trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence and interfamilial relationships.   She co-facilitated a conflict resolutions group and has earned superior performance awards for her professional efforts. Britta has also served on several boards for community education and provision of services. She has recently completed her MSW program with national honors and is studying the experiential therapy model while developing equine assisted experiential learning activities with Bright Horse.
